The Everly Putrajaya is part of a larger mixed development comprising retail, hotel
Putrajaya will see the unveiling of a new hotel at the end of this year under the
"The Everly" brand with the signing of the management agreement between Indah Putrajaya
Sdn Bhd and Value Hospitality recently.
Strategically located in Precint 1, the Everly Putrajaya is connected to Alamanda
Shopping Centre, the main shopping and leisure attraction in Putrajaya.
Once completed, The Everly will be part of a larger mixed development comprising
retail, hotel and office blocks at Precint 1.
"Putrajaya Holdings is fulfilling a need for a business hotel in Putrajaya that
will cater to the business needs of the population as well as tourists to the city,"
said Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Azlan Abdul Karim
in a statement recently. Indah Putrajaya is a subsidiary of Putrajaya Holdings.
He added that the development will be the second development in 2012 to be rated
as a green building in line with Putrajaya Holdings.
The hotel boasts 382 guest rooms, a 1,000-seat banquet hall, eight meeting rooms,
coffee house, cafe lounge, swimming pool as well as executive and air crew lounges.
A fitness centre and spa are well into the planning stage and are scheduled to be
open for business towards the end of the first year of operation.
"The planning, design and build surrounding the area has demanded that we work closely
with the local council as well as other authorities to ensure that the hotel and
office development achieved Green Building Index certified rating upon its completion,"
With the signing, Value Hospitality will have the right to manage and operate the
hotel for 10 years with an option for further extension.

saved in excess of RM5 million in construction costs for the owner prior to the
